Primary care services at Ingenious Health & Wellness are provided by experienced Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs).
Our providers deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care focused on the prevention, evaluation, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic medical conditions. Services may include routine wellness exams, chronic disease management, sick visits, and preventive screenings.
Care plans are individualized and may incorporate medication management, lifestyle modifications, and wellness optimization strategies to support long-term health outcomes.
While we manage a wide range of medical conditions, patients requiring specialty-level care or advanced diagnostic evaluation may be referred to the appropriate specialist to ensure the highest level of care.

Mental Health
Mental health services at Ingenious Health & Wellness are provided by Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs).
Our providers specialize in the evaluation, diagnosis, and medical management of mental health conditions. Services focus on developing individualized treatment plans that may include medication management, lifestyle recommendations, and supportive care.
While brief therapeutic interventions may be incorporated into visits when appropriate, our primary role is clinical assessment and treatment planning, rather than ongoing intensive psychotherapy.
If a patient requires more specialized or intensive therapy services—or if therapy needs extend beyond the provider’s scope or comfort level—appropriate referrals will be made to a licensed therapist or counseling specialist to ensure comprehensive care.
We are committed to collaborative, patient-centered treatment and will coordinate care with outside providers when needed.

Our practice is not structured as a traditional therapy clinic. Instead, we provide high-level psychiatric evaluation and medication management, with coordinated referrals for ongoing therapy when clinically appropriate.
Sick Visits & Same-Day Appointments
Ingenious Health & Wellness offers sick visits and limited same-day appointments for patients experiencing acute, non-emergency medical concerns.
These visits are designed to address common conditions such as:
Cold, flu, or upper respiratory symptoms
Minor infections (e.g., sinus, ear, urinary)
Sore throat or cough
Mild gastrointestinal concerns
Minor skin conditions or rashes
Other non-emergent medical issues
Same-day availability may be offered based on provider schedule and clinical capacity.
Our providers will perform a focused evaluation and develop a treatment plan, which may include prescriptions, testing, and follow-up care recommendations as needed.
